As part of a contract with South Essex Homes, Kershaw Contracting Services was instructed to attend a property in Southend to remove a damaged ceiling containing artex.
The textured coating was removed under controlled conditions and negative pressure.
The room was fully sheeted up with polythene and corex sheeting to protect the room’s contents and the room itself prior to works commencing.
The works were undertaken & completed to the total satisfaction of the appointed analyst and the resident of the property.
