Case Studies :: Asbestos Services :: MERIDIAN ROAD, GREENWICH
Following a successful tendering process Kershaw Contracting Services was instructed to remove asbestos insulation board internal soffits & upstands from the ground floor of Macintyre Hudson’s offices in Bedford.
The asbestos was removed under fully controlled conditions, under negative pressure utilising the internal structure of the building to form the working enclosure.
Specialised CCTV equipment was used within the working enclosure as well as vision panels to allow the site supervisor a clear view of the internal enclosure at all times without the need for any unnecessary exposure.
During this project ARCA (Asbestos Removal Contractor's Association) conducted a successful site audit, as part of the Site Audit Accreditation Scheme.
The works were completed within the allocated time frame & to the total satisfaction of the client.
