Following a successful quotation process Kershaw Contracting Services was asked to undertake asbestos decontamination works to two large roof voids at the highly prestigious Clarence Terrace buildings in central London.
The works were carried out under fully controlled conditions with on-site air monitoring & testing.
Following the removal of asbestos debris the remaining AIB firebreak panels were encapsulated with specialist ET150 paint and made safe.
All works were inspected by a specialist project management team who were totally satisifed with the completed job.
Further asbestos works for Aston Rose are already in planning for 2011.
